METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MEASURING DEFORMATION OF LAMINATED BODY

PURPOSE: A laminated body deformation measuring method and an apparatus thereof are provided to refer data the afterward formation of a laminated body by saving the deformation degree of the laminated body generated according to the pressure when forming a ceramic laminated body. CONSTITUTION: A laminated body deformation measuring method comprises following steps. A plurality of green sheets in which a plurality of inner electrodes are arranged are pressed and laminated and a laminated body(200) in which a plurality of discrete chips are arranged is formed. The location information of a plurality of discrete chips is marked in each of a plurality of discrete chips(201) on the XY plane of the laminated body. The laminated body is cut and divided into a plurality of discrete chips. The deformation degree of each separated discrete chip is measured. The deformation degree measured in the each discrete chip is saved according to the location information of the each discrete chip.
