PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to simplify an assembling process of a battery while excluding a welding process because the electrical connection of the protection circuit module and bare cell are carried out by a pin equipped in a protection circuit module. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack(100) comprises a bare cell, a protection circuit module with a pin electrically connected to an electrode terminal of the bare cell, and a top case(140) which accommodates the protection circuit module and is connected to the bare cell. The bare cell comprises an electrode assembly, a can in which the electrode assembly is accommodated therein, and a cap assembly with a cap plate(112) sealing an opening of the can. |
