PURPOSE: A method for weed control using muddy water is provided to block solar light and remove biosynthesis of weed. CONSTITUTION: A direct weed control method comprises a step of mixing water and soil to make muddy water and dipping weed. The muddy water has less than 50% of transmittance rate of photosynthesis effective flux density. The method is applied before planting the rice plant.
