PURPOSE: A transmitting apparatus, a receiving apparatus, a transmitting system combining these and method thereof are provided to transmit data without an interrupt by transmitting data through two channels and blocking a channel where an interrupt is generated. CONSTITUTION: In a device, a first transmission unit(240-1) transmits data through a channel of a first band. A second transmission unit(240-2) transmits data through a channel of a second band. If interference is detected in the channel of the first band, a transmission controller(250) controls the first transmission unit and terminates data transmission through the channel of the first band. After the termination of data transmission through the channel of the first band, the transmission controller decides whether an available channel remain in the first band. If the available channel remains, the transmission controller controls the first transmission unit to start data transmission in the detected available channel.
