PURPOSE: An auto tracing type TV hinge driving device is provided to determine a monitor position through a camera image/signal processing module embedded in a TV monitor hinge, thereby moving the position of the TV monitor according to the position of a viewer. CONSTITUTION: An image signal processor(120) analyzes a moving picture signal from a camera image unit(110). The image signal processor generates a motor driving signal for hinge driving by extraction/analysis of operation information and a position of a viewer. A motor controller(130) interprets the motor driving signal. The motor controller supplies a control signal required for motor driving to a motor(200). The motor controller drives and stops the motor.
