PURPOSE: A water jacket of a cylinder head is provided to increase the cooling efficiency, to reduce the flow rate decrease of the coolant, and to improve the cooling performance by directly transmitting the coolant jetted from a cooling jet to a discharging port. CONSTITUTION: A water jacket of a cylinder head includes a cooling jet(400) and a coolant guide dam(500). The cooling jet jets the coolant. The coolant guide dam guides the coolant jetted from the cooling jet to an exhaust port(200). The coolant guide dam guides the coolant to between two exhaust ports arranged in each cylinder.
