PURPOSE: A spacer and a connector with the same are provided to couple a terminal when the spacer is completely coupled with a connector housing, thereby improving user's convenience. CONSTITUTION: A fixing unit is installed in one side of a main body(21). The fixing unit is fixed to one side of a connector housing(10). An elastic support unit(23) is expanded toward one side of the main body. The leading end of the elastic support unit is projected toward a mounting space(S) of the inside of the connector housing. The elastic support unit supports a terminal mounted in the mounting space. The elastic support unit is elastically transformed by an elastic transformation space(25).
