PURPOSE: A method for producing functional crop is provided to simplify production process and enhance workability. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing functional crop comprises: a step of preparing 2-15% of functional nutrition solution and crop; a step of adding crops to functional nutrition solution then dipping for three hours to absorb the functional solution; a step of separating the crop from the functional nutrition solution to remove the solution remaining on the surface of the crop; and a step of performing dry with hot wind at 40-80°C.
