EYE END OF TRANSMISSION GEAR SHIFT CABLE

PURPOSE: An eye end of a transmission gear shift cable is provided to improve the assembly productivity, to reduce the operating noise, and to reduce the cost and the weight of a vehicle because an additional assembly washer is not needed. CONSTITUTION: An eye end(2) of a transmission gear shift cable is composed of a ring portion(2a) and a washer portion(2b). The ring portion is combined to the front end of a cable connecting member(1) to which the gear shift cable is combined. The washer portion is integrally formed at the shape closing an opening of one side of the ring portion. The washer portion has a slot hole(2c) axially. The longer side of the slot hole is formed axially. The ring portion and the washer portion are made of plastic material.
