PURPOSE: An implant is provided, which effectively resists against vertical pressure and increases the whole contact area of the alveolar bone and implant. CONSTITUTION: An implant comprises a head unit(1); a top groove(2) in which a groove is equipped in the upper center of the head unit; a lower part(3) in which spiral thread is formed in the bottom surface of the head unit; a plurality of perpendicular cutout grooves which are perpendicularly cut in the spiral thread; and a side groove(10) which is formed through the whole girth in one side of the lateral top side. The side groove has a shape that inclines upward toward the center. The perpendicular cutout groove transplants the bone tissue to the side groove.
