PURPOSE: A film laminating apparatus is provided to prevent folding and shrinking effect due to temperature rise when a film is preheated by enabling a guide part to control a contact area between the film and a film preheating roll. CONSTITUTION: A film roll(40) supplies a film(41). A film preheating roll(20) preheats and draws out the supplied film to the surface of a raw sheet(10). A pressing roll(30) is rotated correspond to the film preheating roll, and adheres the film and the raw sheet. A housing(60) receives the film preheating roll and the pressing roll. A guide part is installed between the film roll and the film preheating roll. The guide part controls a contact area between the film preheating roll and the film. The guide part includes a fixed roll(51) and a moving roll(52). The moving roll controls the contact area between the film preheating roll and the film by being moved based on the fixing roll.
