<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a formed substrate for a superconducting wire and the superconducting wire using the substrate are provided to form a texture substrate, by epitaxial growth of an active layer constituted with a superconducting material. CONSTITUTION: More than one texture buffer layer is formed on a texture substrate having a flat surface. The substrate covered with an initial buffer layer is formed. The planar surface is changed to a bending surface, and an additional biaxial texture buffer layer is formed by the epitaxial growth on the initial buffer layer. The material of the initial buffer layer located at the top is equal to the material of the additional buffer layer. The formed substrate comprises an epitaxially grown active layer formed with the superconducting material. The formed substrate has a rough surface for being used in manufacturing the superconducting material.</p> |
