PURPOSE: An apparatus for driving a spiral coil into a document ring is provided to improve convenience of use by controlling spiral distance and the location of a longitudinal cutting module according to the outer diameter of the spiral coil. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for driving a spiral coil into a document ring comprises a base, a spiral bearing set(20), and a longitudinal cutting module(40). The spiral bearing set comprises a drive shaft(22) and an auxiliary shaft(27). The drive shaft is driven by a drive unit. The auxiliary shaft is controlled by an adjustment module installed on the base. The longitudinal cutting module is controlled by the adjustment module. The longitudinal cutting module has regular length according to the outer diameter of the spiral coil. The longitudinal cutting module comprises a bending base(44) and a cut base(45). The bending base bends the spiral coil. The cut base cuts the spiral coil.
