PURPOSE: A hollow forming device and forming method for a blow molding machine are provided to keep uniform thickness of a product by removing tensile force in a parison making process. CONSTITUTION: A hollow forming device for a blow molding machine comprises an entrance mold(10), first and second move molds(12,14), a discharge tube(46), a regulating cylinder(54), a RAM(58), a feed cylinder, a feed port(66), a lifting unit and a controller. The first and second move molds are mounted on both sides of the entrance mold. The regulating cylinder opens and closes an opening. The regulating cylinder is installed in a board(50). The RAM is ascended and descended inside the discharge tube. The RAM extrudes materials to the entrance mold. The lifting unit raises the discharge tube. The controller respectively connects elements. The controller comprises a manipulation part.
