PURPOSE: A rotor of a pole transform synchronous motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform assembling between a magnet layer and a rotor core easily by successively installing the magnet layer in an outer circumference of the rotor core. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of conductors is installed along an edge of a rotor core. The conductor is connected by an end ring(121) installed in both sides of the rotor core. A split ring(131) is divided into plural rings so as to be arranged along a rotation axis direction in an outer circumference of the rotor core. A magnet layer(130) includes magnetic material capable of re-magnetization by an exciting pole. An adhesive is coated in the rotor core outer circumference.
