PURPOSE: A method for cooking abomasums is provided to solve smell problem of the abomasums and enjoy delicious and chewy abomasums. CONSTITUTION: A method for cooking abomasums(30) comprises: a step of preparing fresh abomasums; a step of removing fat; a step of adding salt or wheat flour to the abomasums to wash; a step of cutting abomasums in 2-3cm size; a step of adding meat tenderizer; a step of putting the abomasums to a cooking pot and cooking; a step getting back abomasums to remove moisture and oil; a step of cutting abomasums in square form; and a step of cooking abomasums. |
