PURPOSE: A flat display device with which a touch panel is integrated is provided to improve a micro crack phenomenon of an edge part transparent conductive film. CONSTITUTION: A touch panel is arranged on a display panel. The first and second transparent lines(113,115) are formed on the display panel. The first and second transparent lines cross each other to detect a touch location. An insulation pattern(117) is formed between the first and second transparent lines. The touch panel comprises a transparent upper plate(110) facing the display panel. In the lower surface of the upper plate facing the display panel, a transparent conductive film(111) is formed.
