PURPOSE: A highway car management system is provided to prevent traffic congestion by informing a start time after assigning the start time to the car which enters the highway through ITS(Intelligent Transport system). CONSTITUTION: An input unit(11) selects a start time, a car model, a departure, a starting point, and a receiving communication network by connecting to a highway information server in an ITS and reserves the car to enter the highway. A data processor(12) assigns the entry time according to acceptance in the input unit by the swap by information data inputted in the highway information server at 5 to 10-minute intervals. The data processor determines whether the assigned time is optimal or not. If the assigned time is optimal, the data processor informs the assigned time through a receiving communication network of a customer. An output unit transmits the data allowing the car to enter the highway by checking and searching the data outputted from the data processor and issuing the ticket. |
