<p>Intended is to provide a hybrid construction machine controlling method and a hybrid construction machine, which can avoid the inoperativeness of a system without increasing the capacity of a capacitor and which can suppress the delay of a turning action in response to a command of a turning operation. For this intention, references are individually made, at a capacitor discharging time, to an assist torque limiting value according to the capacitor voltage of a generator motor and a turning power torque limit value according to the capacitor voltage of a turning motor, thereby to create individual real torque command values. At the capacitor charging time, on the other hand, the real target output value of the generator motor is created.</p> |
