PURPOSE: An automatic shape diagnosis apparatus by facial shape is provided to measure the face of a subject with non-contact in a state that the subject stands erect, thereby removing the inconvenience of the subject and reducing the error of a measurement value. CONSTITUTION: A camera(10) obtains the facial image of a subject in 3D(three dimension) and transmits the facial image as digital information. A survey information input device(20) receives survey contents. In a database, data on the judgment information of face shapes is recorded. A control unit(30) analyzes and operates the transferred information of the camera and the survey information input device, and outputs the face shapes. A display unit(40) displays the output of the control unit. A memory stores the information of the control unit.
