A lighting device capable of uniformly maintaining illuminance of installation space is provided to minimize fatigue of eyes by diffusing a light through a lattice type prism. A lighting device comprises a transparent plate(100), a bracket(200), a reflective plate(300), and a prism(400). A storage space part(110) is formed inside the transparent plate. Light sources(120) are positioned in a right side and a left side of the transparent plate according to a longitudinal direction. The bracket is positioned in a center of a top of the transparent plate, and fixes the transparent plate on an installation space. A reflective plate is positioned in a center of the transparent plate, and reflects a light irradiated from the light source toward a bottom direction. The prism is positioned on a bottom surface of the transparent plate, diffuses the light reflected from the reflective plate, and is composed of a top prism and a bottom prism. At least one among the top prism and the bottom prism is formed into a lattice type.
