PURPOSE: A polarizing plate and a fabricating method thereof are provided to have excellent stability according to time lapse under a very severe steam heat condition. CONSTITUTION: After 1000 hours elapse under 60 °C 95%RH environment, Boron content in a polarizing layer is 40% to 100% of an initial value. After the 1000 hours elapse under the 60 °C 95%RH environment, the Boron content in the polarizing layer is 2m¬mol/m¬2 to 20m¬mol/m¬2μm. When NMR measurement is performed to Boron in the polarizing layer after the 1000 hours elapse under the 60 °C 95%RH environment, the peak height of 0ppm/the peak height of 12ppm is 2 to 40.
