A manufacturing method of a galvanized steel sheet and an apparatus for removing zinc powder are provided to improve quality of the galvanized steel sheet by transferring zinc powder in a clean state to post-processing. A manufacturing method of a galvanized steel sheet comprises the following steps of: performing a pre-process to plate a reel; plating a pre-processed steel sheet passing through a supply looper, a furnace, and a plating furnace with zinc; cooling the galvanized steel sheet rapidly; leveling an irregular zinc plating layer while passing through a strip pass roll; removing zinc powder through the zinc powder removing apparatus; and discharging the galvanized steel sheet through a discharge looper(108).
