PURPOSE: A head rest manufacturing mold and a method for manufacturing a head rest using the same are provided to the filler loss in the filler charging and to permanently use a liquid injection guild. CONSTITUTION: A head rest manufacturing mold comprises a headrest cover, a mold body(10) and a cylindrical liquid injection guide(40). A filler is inserted through an opening of the headrest cover. The headrest cover is settled on the mold body. The mold body comprises a recessed part(20). The filler inserted into the headrest cover is accepted in the recessed part. The cylindrical liquid injection guide is inserted into the opening. The cylindrical liquid injection guide guides the filler to be inserted to the inside of the headrest cover.
