PURPOSE: A functional tire silicon pad is provided to solve the problem replacing a tire in a road by preventing a tire from being deflated by objects like a nail, a glass and so on. CONSTITUTION: A functional tire silicon pad includes a pad unit(150). The pad unit is made of soft silicone material to be closely contacted to the inside of a tire. The pad unit is composed of a bottom layer(110), a side layer(120), and an air layer. The bottom layer is thicker than the side layer. The air layer is formed in the bottom layer or total surface.
