PURPOSE: An antistatic polyester release film is provided to prevent accidents by static electricity, and to prevent foreign material from being attached on other materials, and to reduce manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: An antistatic polyester release film comprises a polyester base film drawn from at least one shaft, and a silicon release layer including an antistatic layer. The silicon release layer is coated with an acryl - siloxane-based dimorphism composition. The surface resistivity of the silicon release layer is 1 × 1012Ω/sq or less. The residual adhesion ratio of the silicon release layer is 85 % or more. A conductive polymer is made of the polyaniline, polythiophene, or their derivative conductive polymer.
