PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a surgical needle is provided to continuously supply raw materials to a press mold machine and continuously manufacture surgical needles, thereby greatly improving work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The raw material of a long round bar shape is not cut, and is supplied to a press mold machine. The molding of an ear groove portion and a cutting portion is performed(S100). The ear groove portion is punched to form an ear groove. A sharp cutting portion is formed by removing burr generated in the cutting portion(S110). A cutout portion is formed in the middle of a pair of ear grooves. A pair of needle members is discharged(S120). The needle members are symmetrically attached to each other by a medium of the cutting portion. A surgical needle is completed by cutting out the discharged needle members(S130).
