PURPOSE: A dehydration plate for a airtight container is provided, which can keep vegetable and fruit exposed to water fresh for a long time by naturally separating moisture from the vegetable and fruit. CONSTITUTION: A dehydration plate for a airtight container comprises a support part(20) which is accepted inside a container(200) and is equipped with a plurality of drain holes(21) formed in the upper side to make moisture separated from an agricultural product fall to the floor of the container; a supporting part which is formed into one body in the bottom surface of the support part to secure constant height from the floor side of the container; a handle part(30); a connection part interlinking the support part and handle part; and a hanger part which simply mounts a dehydration plate main body(10) in both sides of the container hanging brim.
