PURPOSE: An infrared wireless sound device which is suitable for plural partitioned spaces and a system thereof are provided to drive a specific receiver selectively according to the purpose of use among plural receivers. CONSTITUTION: Potable transmitters(310,320,330,340) are arranged in a plurality of partitioned spaces(110,120,130,140) to convert the voice of a user into an infrared communication signal and wirelessly transmit it. Receivers(210,220,230,240) are arranged in a plurality of partitioned spaces to receive the infrared communication signal from the portable transmitters and drive a speaker. A central management server(500) selectively combines the receivers which are networked through a local area communications network, transmits the infrared communication signal of the portable transmitters, and then stores/reproduces the infrared communication signal when necessary.
