PURPOSE: A photographing apparatus is provided to use a display unit supporting unit as an electro magnetic wave absorbing member, thereby reducing production costs and the number of production processes. CONSTITUTION: An optical system introduces image light. A photographing element is arranged in one side of the optical system. A controller processes the computation of a signal from the photographing element. A display unit(130) displays the image signal from the controller. A display unit supporting unit(132) supports the display unit. At least a part of the display unit supporting unit has a mesh shape.
