PURPOSE: A return spring type clutch pedal assembly is provided to reduce the burn out phenomenon by preventing the slip of a clutch disk and to improve the manipulation feeling of a clutch pedal in an output engine by increasing the return response and reducing the pedal effort. CONSTITUTION: A return spring type clutch pedal assembly is composed of a clutch pedal(6), a pedal mounting bracket(7), a hinge shaft, and a pedal spring(10). The clutch pedal generates the input operating a clutch(2). The pedal mounting bracket unites the clutch pedal and is combined to a vehicle body. The hinge shaft is combined to the clutch pedal so that the clutch pedal is hinged at the pedal mounting bracket. The pedal spring applies the pedal force and the return response in operating the clutch pedal.
