The device has an elongated rectangular shaped rigid panel vertically extending to an upper end of a radio communication antenna (2) in a service position from a horizontal base (3). The base is rotatively mounted around a vertical axis on a circular track handled on a fixed baseplate (30) in a horizontal plane. A control unit i.e. screw, controls the rotation of the panel around the vertical axis for providing an azimuth orientation of the antenna. The panel forms a support mast (1) with the base of the panel, where the mast supports the antenna hooked on the panel.
