The tool (10) has a frame (11) arranged to be connected to a remote handling system (12) i.e. measuring rod, and holding a vent duct (14) that is adapted to be applied on perforation. The vent duct is connected to compressed air injection or pressure reduction circuit (20) that injects compressed air in the vent duct or reduces the pressure of the vent duct. The circuit has a valve (21) remotely controlled between an opened position for injecting the air or reducing the pressure of the vent duct and a closed position for maintaining the vent duct in reduced pressure. An independent claim is also included for a method for securing swimming pool after perforation of a wall.
