The pouch has a part made of flexible permeable material in the shape of a receptacle (1) comprising an edge (2). Another part (3) made of flexible impermeable material includes an edge (4). The edge of the receptacle cooperates with the edge of the part (3) during the closing of the receptacle. A closure unit includes bands (5, 6) made of semi-rigid material mounted in a curved position in pre-stressed manner along a portion of the edges (2, 4). The closure unit includes fixation units for fixing the edges (2, 4) on the receptacle or the part (3). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for closing a pouch (2) a method for opening a pouch.
