The trolley (1) has an L-shaped load support structure (3) supporting a load (2) e.g. panel, and a rolling central wheel shaft supporting the structure. An additional front wheel (6) and an additional rear wheel (7) are arranged on both sides of the shaft. The structure is rotatably mounted around an axle (8) passing through an axle of the shaft and/or a rotational axle of a motorized pneumatic wheel (5A) and a pneumatic wheel of the shaft such that the front and rear wheels selectively form an additional ground support for the structure at an unsolicited state of the trolley.
