The device has a cladding e.g. double skin, formed by internal plates (1) fixed on a framework (3) for constituting a vertical internal wall. Another cladding is formed by an external cladding. Temporary setting and retaining units are constituted by linear sectioned embedding areas (5, 6) formed on upper and lower edges of an insulating element (4). The areas are complementary to upper and lower profiles of a housing (7) corresponding to the plates, where height (h) of each plate is smaller than height (H) of the housing in the areas.
