The cooking article comprises a hollow hood that has a bottom (2) and a side wall rising from the bottom. The hood comprises an inner side made of an aluminum alloy and an outer side opposite to the inner side. The inner side is successively coated with a hard layer (3) from the bottom and then with an anti-adhesive layer (4) covering the hard layer. The hard layer forms a piece with the inner side. The first anti-adhesive layer is covered with a heat-resistant resin of 200[deg] C or a covering consisting of a sol-gel material. The outer face is provided with a second coating (5). The cooking article comprises a hollow hood that has a bottom (2) and a side wall rising from the bottom. The hood comprises an inner side made of an aluminum alloy and an outer side opposite to the inner side.
