PURPOSE: A mechanical seal device is provided to control effectively fluid leakage at the contact part between the rotator and a stator by increasing sealing force between a rotator and a stator. CONSTITUTION: A mechanical seal device comprises a rotator block(300), a rotator spring(340), a rotator(320), a stator block(400), a stator spring(440), and a stator(420). The rotator block is formed around a rotary shaft(200). The rotator block comprises a stopper(360) for restricting the rotator from moving away a specific range. The rotator is pre-loaded with the rotator spring. The stator block is prepared in the inner circumference of a wall hole formed away from the periphery of the rotating shaft. The stator spring is settled on the stator block. The stator is pre-loaded by the stator spring and is in contact with the rotator. |
