PURPOSE: A water regulator and a vacuum pump with the same are provided to prevent waste of water efficiently by supplying a proper amount of water in a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A water regulator(200) includes a main body, a slider, a fixed plate, and a water flow control member. The main body(210) has an inlet and an outlet on both ends to let water in and out. The slider(240) is installed in the main body and slides in the flow direction of water entering and leaving through the inlet and the outlet. The fixed plate(250) is provided on one side of the slider and fixed to the main body. The water flow control member(260) is provided between the slider and the fixed plate, and elastically deformed to regulate the flow rate of water when the slider moves by water pressure.
