<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: it is necessary for a user to set a display region on a display for each networked home electrical appliance which requests a display to display information, and the user is burdened. <P>SOLUTION: Information obtained by applying digital signature to home electrical appliance ID uniquely applied to a networked home electrical appliance 210 and display right description showing the range of allowable display conditions in a display region on a display 220 is stored in a display right description storage part 401 of the networked home electrical appliance 210. Before making a display request to the display 220, the networked home appliance 210 sends the home appliance ID and the display right description and the digital signature to the display 220, the display 220 verifies the digital signature by using a display region management device 230. When the networked home electrical appliance 210 requests the display 220 to display the information together with the desired display conditions, the display 220 decides whether or not the display conditions are within the range of the display right description authenticated by using the display region management device 230, and when the decision result is positive, the display 220 displays the information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
