<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source module structured so that an optical member can be prevented from being deformed under a use environment such as a highly humid environment while contributing to fine appearance, and a loss of a quantity of light emitted to the outside can be reduced, and to provide a lighting apparatus equipped with the light source module. <P>SOLUTION: In this light source module 10 equipped with LEDs 2, 2, etc., and an LED substrate 1 on which the LEDs 2, 2, etc., are mounted, a reflective sheet 3 is held so that it can be displaced relatively to the LED substrate 1. When the reflective sheet 3 expands by absorbing moisture in the air, since the reflective sheet 3 can be freely displaced within gaps between itself and the LED substrate 1, and each of spacers 5, 5, etc., and the LED 2, 2, etc., relatively to the LED substrate 1, the reflective sheet 3 can be prevented from being partially floating or displacing.
