摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve earthquake-proof property of a structure such as a high-rise building or the like, which mainly undergoes shearing-deformation. SOLUTION: The structure is composed in such a way that an upper structure is supported on a lower structure while the upper structure is mainly a frame-work structure and resists against a vertical load and a horizontal load. The upper structure is a cantilever shearing structure integrally composed of a fixed-end side floor part including a plurality of floors whose lowest floor as a fixed end is fixed to the lower structure, a bent-part formation floor forming an upper floor of the fixed-end side floor part, and a free-end side floor part including a plurality of floors above the upper floor formed by the bent-part formation floor wherein the lowest floor as a free-end side is supported by the lower structure in a horizontally movable manner. Thus, compared with an existing shearing structure whose bottom end is fixed, the number of floors relating to its own natural period of the bent-cantilever shearing structure from the stand point of the strength is twice as the number of the floors in the height direction. Furthermore, since the natural period of the shearing structure increases in proportion to the number of floors, the natural period of the bent-cantilever shearing structure is as twice as much as that of the existing shearing structure.
