<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickling tank whose corrosion caused by an acid liquid is prevented, and which has excellent durability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a pickling tank for removing the scale of a strip, the pickling tank comprises an opening part for immersing the strip into an acid liquid at the upper face, the inside of the tank is covered with an acid resistant brick, and the space between the acid resistant brick and an outer plate is coated with rubber lining. The pickling tank comprises connection members connecting the right and left outer walls to form into the longitudinal direction of the pickling tank to the width direction with the opening part sandwiched, and the connection members are arranged to the longitudinal direction of the pickling tank at almost equal intervals.
