<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric fan control device capable of preventing rise of a temperature of a circuit board constituting a motor control means when an electric motor is locked and excess current flows to the electric motor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the electric fan control 1 equipped with the electric motor 3 for driving a cooling fan 2 and a control unit 4 as the motor control means for controlling pulse width modulation of the electric motor 3 based on temperature information of a cooling medium output from a water temperature sensor 7, the control unit 4 is provided with a current detecting circuit 11 for detecting the current flowing to the electric motor 3, and the control unit 4 repeatedly performs control for restarting supply of the current to the electric motor 3 after prescribed time passes while the excess current equal to the prescribed threshold or more flows to the electric motor 3 after stopping of supply of the current to the electric motor 3 when the current detecting circuit 11 detects that the excess current equal to the prescribed threshold or more is supplied to the electric motor 3.
