<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device capable of homogeneously distributing a coolant flowing out from an expansion valve. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An expander and distributor 13 is provided, mainly composed of an expansion part 31 decompressing a liquid coolant and a distribution part 20 distributing the coolant after decompression to a plurality of passages, and a coolant distribution piping 24 for recirculation is provided, recirculating a gas coolant from an evaporator outlet to the expander and distributor 13.
