<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling vehicle that succeeds a cumulated use time at replacement even if a display unit incorporating an hour meter or timer fails, and also prevents manipulation after shipping while reliably resetting the hour meter to zero in factory shipping. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vehicle has a first storage unit for cumulating and storing a vehicle use time that is timed by a first timer installed in the display unit of the cargo handling vehicle, and a second storage unit for cumulating and storing a vehicle use time that is timed by a second timer installed in a controller. The controller allows the first storage unit and the second storage unit to transmit and receive the cumulative use time each other when the cargo handling vehicle is powered, and to compare the cumulative use time with own one, respectively.
