<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston joining structure for minimizing diametrical reduction in a piston mounting shaft part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This piston joining structure has first and second spiral slide rings 70 and 80 for changing a ring width L in the piston rod axis O direction by a relative rotation position, and a second spiral slide ring locking means 64 for locking displacement in the piston rod axis O direction of the second spiral slide ring 80 to a piston rod 30, and is constituted so as to apply predetermined axial force to a piston 50 by adjusting the relative rotation position of the first and second spiral slide rings 70 and 80 when installing the piston 50.
