<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection instrument for fixing an LCD panel for fixing an inspection object LCD panel onto a positioning frame body, photographing an LCD panel image by adjusting a photographing instrument on a pedestal, and enabling collation/comparison and analysis of a quality by transferring the photographed image to an inspection module. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This instrument including the positioning frame body 3, and an adjusting pedestal 6 for fixing the photographing instrument is described as follows: the positioning frame body and the adjusting pedestal are connected in a body by a support rack 1; the adjusting pedestal can adjust a relative distance to the positioning frame body 3 on the support rack; the positioning frame body includes a frame 33; an adjusting plate 4 is provided on the fringe of the frame back; the adjusting plate can install each LCD panel having various sizes by adjusting according to a different side of each LCD panel; an LCD panel is held by a holding component 5 on the frame back, and the LCD panel is installed/positioned on the frame back; and movable shielding plates 34 are installed on each fringe in the frame, to thereby shield the metal frame edge of an LCD panel fringe by being adjusted according to the panel size.
