<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate and ensure positional adjustment and positioning of functional members with respect to the sole of the foot. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A hook-and-loop fastener is muonted on a lower sheet 1 and an upper sheet 2 to make both sheets freely attachable and detachable. In the upper sheet 2, notches 2a, 2b are formed in a manner deeply curved inward from the heel part X to the proximal end parts of the first and fifth metatarsus B1, B5. In the lower sheet 1, a hole 1a is formed in a part W of the sole of the foot from the distal ends of the second and third metatarsus B2, B3 to the second and third interphalangeal joints C2, C3. In both sheets 1, 2, a second functional member 10 is attached to the hole 1a and also a first functional member 5 is muonted in a manner turning up from the notches 2a, 2b of the upper sheet 2.
