<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank semi-trailer with a lower center of gravity and a larger tank. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the tank semi-trailer 1, because a frame 20 includes a low-floor section 23 located between a tractor support 21 and a wheel carriage 22 and a height Hc of the center of gravity of the low-floor section 23 is lower than both a height Ha of the center of gravity of the tractor support 21 and a height Hb of the center of gravity of the wheel carriage 22, the center of gravity of the frame 20 can be made lower by lowering the center of gravity of the low-floor section 23. Thus by lowering the center of gravity of the low-floor section 23, the center of gravity of the whole tank semi-trailer 1 can be made lower. As a result, there can be an allowance for the safety standards (the maximum roll angle) by Road Transport Vehicle Act, and the size of a tank 10 can be increased by the amount of the allowance.
